you get something so delicious you can't wait for more.
Obviously our rhubarb needs some time to recover from all the crisp we have been making and our strawberries aren't fruiting yet (although the store bought ones have been delicious), but I'm anxious to make more. I just wonder why I've never really tried this before? Last year our rhubarb didn't even get harvested once! What a waste.

Looks good. I haven't heard of anyone making things out of rhubarb since I was a kid!
